Yes! Our Taunton Workwear showroom is open Monday to Friday, 9am–4.30pm.
You can browse samples, try on different fits, and talk to our team about embroidery, printing, and uniform bundles for your business.

3. Do you offer embroidery and printing?

Absolutely. We provide in-house embroidery and DTF (Direct to Film) printing using professional equipment.
Our decoration services are ideal for branded workwear, staff uniforms, and promotional clothing.

4. How fast is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 working days from artwork approval.
We understand businesses need fast service, so we’ll always do our best to meet urgent deadlines.

5. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order one personalised item or uniforms for your entire team.
We also offer bundle discounts for larger orders.

6. What file format do you need for logos?

Please send your logo as a high-resolution PDF, PNG, EPS, or AI file with a transparent background.
If you don’t have one, our design team can recreate or refine your logo for embroidery or print.

7. Will I see a proof before my order is made?

Yes. We always send a digital artwork proof for you to approve before production.
Nothing goes ahead until you’re completely happy with the design and positioning.

8. Do you offer staff uniform bundles?

Yes. We’ve created a range of exclusive uniform bundles designed for trades, hospitality, and leisurewear.
Each bundle includes custom embroidery or print and offers great value for businesses.

We accept card payments, BACS, and PayPal in-store or online.
Business accounts and invoicing options are available for approved companies and repeat customers.

12. Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes. You can choose Click & Collect at checkout.
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect from our Taunton showroom.

13. Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately.
Once garments have been embroidered or printed, they cannot be altered or refunded unless faulty.

14. What if my uniform doesn’t fit?

We’re happy to exchange any non-personalised garments for a different size.
Unfortunately, customised workwear cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there’s a manufacturing fault.

15. Do you offer trade or repeat order discounts?

Yes. We provide competitive trade pricing and discounts for repeat customers.
